Things that are different from the last time I wrote a dA journal:

1. I am at college.
2. I am legally an adult.
3. I am not the shortest person in almost all of my classes.
4. I have an account on a certain somewhat-notorious art website. My username is entropically. Guess the site yourself (like it's really that difficult to guess).
5. I have ridden public transportation. STANDING, no less, which I found inordinately fun.
6. I have learned that I dislike eggplant, no offense to Aubrey.
7. I know how to make chocolate mousse and flavored egg white foam, plus I know the chemistry behind it.
8. I celebrated my birthday without my family, or anyone else I've known for more than three weeks, for that matter.
9. I have met . She's in my physics class!
10. I am a ten minute walk from a fantastic library (Oakland Carnegie Library. Poetry reading room. I am in love with it.), restaurants, yummy bubble tea, and zomg MUSEUMS.
11. THE LIBRARY HAS ALL OF THE WRAETHTHU HISTORIES. In fact, it has about 8 Storm Constantine books. I am in loooove~ (not the Chronicles, though, oddly enough). ANDANDAND, this other library that's just a short little bus ride away has a book of short stories with one by Storm Constantine! I am so excited to go to that library this weekend (hopefully). >w<
12. No Italian pizza places! ;-; There is no oregano or spaghetti cheese for my pizza! What is this madness?!
13. I've gone food shopping by myself (and had to call my mom to ask what a reasonable price for apples is).
14. I have chalked on a wall.
15. I'm part of a GLBT organization that actually does stuff. Good stuff. Oh, and ridiculous icebreaker games. (Least favorite chore, anyone...?)
16. I know how much wood a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. (Morewood.)



Things that are not different:

1. I am procrastinating.
2. I am still not done the Wraeththu Chronicles (working on Fulfillments now~ up to Gimrah. Gimrah wimminz are odd.)
3. I'm taking photos of everything.
4. Physics is hard.
5. Chemistry is amazing.
6. Art majors are awesome.


Anyway, in summary, CMU is pretty fantastic.
